International Clients - If you want to ship by Economy Courier or Express, please remember to email us and advise. If you require a tracking number to be emailed to you for Economy Courier or Express, please let us know in that email. Otherwise, we ship all parcels to overseas destinations by Airmail. Airmail does not have a tracked service.
NZ Clients - We send with Courier Post track & trace service (overnight to town address Mon-Fri, and a little longer sometimes to rural addresses). No signature is required upon delivery. If you require a tracking number for your courier delivery please contact us.

If you have an xtra/yahoo email address you may not be aware that you have a junk/spam box at www.xtramail.co.nz. where a lot of legitimate emails go. If you are an xtra account holder you will need to go into your account at xtra and 'whitelist' all appropriate emails to ensure future delivery to your Inbox. Depending on the default settings telecom/Yahoo put on your email account, you may be surprised how many legitimate emails you thought had never been sent to you actually were.
